Our Mission

For too long, people with ADHD have felt like they’re falling short, shamed and mislabeled as lazy or unfocused, advised to find ways to be more like the neurotypical ‘norm’, and offered solutions that aren’t designed for them.

If you or a family member have a neurodiverse brain, work with it instead of against its natural wiring. Leverage the way an ADHD brain functions, use practical strategies to support the challenges, and most importantly, change the self-talk of frustration.

ADHD interferes with executive functioning—the administrative part of your brain—that gets you started on tasks and keeps you focused to the end, gets you organized and managing your time, regulates your emotions and puts the breaks on impulsivity.

There are strategies to help you feel more in control of your life. I can provide ideas that fit into your world, working with who you are and how your brain functions.

There are many strengths to celebrate if you have a neurodivergent family member – a child or partner – but there are also challenges for the individual that can spill over to the family. We work with the family to grow understanding and create strategies to support daily life.
