Offering Strategic Support for Adults and Families Dealing with ADHD

Our mission is to support individuals and families navigating the challenges of ADHD by offering practical, effective strategies that make everyday life easier. Our goal is to empower both adults and children to understand their neurodiverse brains, build on their strengths, and simplify their lives.
Our Philosophy
Neurodivergence affects every aspect of life, both by enhancing it and by bringing challenges into it.
We want you to feel more in charge of your challenges. To embrace who you are and live comfortably in your neurodivergence. We focus on the use of strategies to help increase your sense of control and reduce the self-blame, the feeling of not being enough, that neurodivergent people can often feel. Our goal is to support you in finding practical tools that work for your unique brain or your family’s needs—so you can thrive, not just cope.

Our Founder
During her career in education, Tracy often felt parents and families didn’t have enough support with neurodiversities in the home. Parents and guardians work with educators, doctors, psychologists, child psychiatrists, pediatricians, and many other specialists who provide advice and direction. But turning that advice into practice can be overwhelming, especially in busy homes where meeting life’s daily demands already keeps families busy. Tracy has a B.Ed., M.Ed., ADHD, and forty years of experience as a teacher and administrator. She has spent her life creating strategies for dealing with her own neurodiversity and her career helping educators and families find strategies for helping children.
For too long, people with ADHD have been made to feel like something is wrong with them and advised to find ways to be more like the neurotypical ‘norm’.
Lean into who you are. We can help.
Your Brain. Your Way.
